Aventura is 3.2 square miles located on the Intracoastal Waterway in northeast Miami-
Dade County and is conveniently located between two major South Florida airports and
two of the largest and most popular seaports in the world. It is an upscale condo
community with some of South Florida's best-known large-scale condominium projects
and apartment buildings. Beaches, great restaurants, golf courses, movie theaters and
the Aventura Mall are convenient nearby. Downtown Fort Lauderdale and Miami are
just 20 minutes away.

Condo, Porto Vita, The Peninsula, and Turnberry Isle.
North Miami Beach is located south of Aventura and west of Sunny Isles Beach. An
area known as Chinatown runs along 163rd Street with great Asian restaurants and

Beach includes a line of popular close-by ocean beaches. Oleta River State Park offer

Monastery is a stone building around a patio, the cloisters of the Monastery of St.
Bernard de Clairvaux, was built in Segovia, Spain in the 12th century. It was purchased
by W.R Hearst in the 1920s, dismantled and shipped to the United States
and reassembled in North Miami Beach in the 1950s.
