EDGEWATER - Urban Feel facing Biscayne Bay

Edgewater is a neighborhood located north of Downtown and the Arts and Entertainment District. It is primarily a residential neighborhood, with many historic early 20th century homes. The neighborhood offers new high-rise waterfront residential towers to the east along Biscayne Bay. The area has grown in popularity, due to its proximity to Downtown and neighborhoods such as the Design District. Recent developments in the neighborhood have brought rapid urbanization to the area, with the construction of high-rise residential buildings offering incredible water views and modern designs.

A few of the ultra-high-end luxury condos include Gran Paraiso, Paraiso Bay, Aria on the Bay, Elysée, and Biscayne Beach. Missoni Baia is the latest preconstruction project in the area and will be delivered at the end of 2022.
