SOUTH BEACH - SoBe

South Beach, also known as SoBe, or simply the Beach, is one of the more popular areas of Miami Beach. Today, SoBe is considered one of the richest commercial areas on the beach with waterfront high rises and upscale restaurants. Is known for its beaches and the glamorous scene around its happening nightspots and celebrity-chef eateries. South Beach has two large parks, Flamingo Park and South Pointe Park. 

A few of the ultra-high-end luxury condos include Continuum South Beach, Apogee South Beach, 321 Ocean, One Ocean, Murano at Portofino, Glass Miami Beach. Five Park is the most recent luxury preconstruction project in the area.

At South Beach entrance is located Fisher Island, an exclusive enclave with access only by ferry, comprised of several buildings around the golf course, beach access, and a private club and marina. Fisher Island is now offering ultra-luxury single family homes.
